Apologies for taking a lot longer than expected... I had no idea there'd been a kind of "second wave" in 2010 (including "Dragon Guard", "Husk", and "Kookaburra"), so the releases I already had copies of when you posted the request turned out to represent only about half the total and I had to assemble the others. Totally worth it, though - looking forward to reading these new ones myself! :D
