It's no secret that music has always been an integral part of the daily lives of soldiers, with vocal harmony groups a big source of morale boosting. Coming Home finds three serving war heroes in fine voice with an album that is destined to win the hearts of the nation.



The most recognisable member of the trio is without question 24-year-old Lance Corporal Ryan Idzi, who shot to fame earlier this year after singing 'Lean On Me' on reality television show The X-Factor. Sergeant Major Gary Chilton, and fellow Gulf War hero Sergeant Richie Maddocks join Idzi to complete The Soldiers.



Produced by Nick Patrick (Russell Watson, Katherine Jenkins), Coming Home features a collection of winning songs that are certain to pull at the heart strings, from a moving rendition of 'He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother' to the relentlessly optimistic 'With A Little Help From My Friends'. Part of the album's proceeds are planned to go directly to charities including Help For Heroes, The British Legion and The Army Benevolent Fund.
