Install Origin and login with your created fake account, leave it online. Now, Start the Sims - Create a Sim - Open Gallery (in the upper right corner) - tab Community - use the Search field to search for ghosts, select your Ghost sim and download. After that, you can modify your Ghost sim.

Don't be afraid to go online bycose remember that this is a "real" cracked version and works also without Origin.
I tested it and all funtions and interactions with the ghost sims works. The sound of talking is funny lol
