do you need to install somthing before this game?

Yeah, the base game. The sims 3.

ok i have the game now but this expansion cant find it any ways in the base game it loads fine in the first bit but after you choose the map the game gets out with no error

during the setup an error apeared for 3 or 4 files CRC error
