This is a working crack for The.Sims.3.High.End.Loft.Stuff-ViTALiTY
Im not sure if it works for other releases. My game version is 3.0.38.004001

What I did to get The Sims 3 and all the expansions working:
1. Installed The Sims 3
2. Installed The Sims 3: World Adventures
3. Installed The Sims 3: The Sims 3: High-End Loft Stuff
4. Added the crack
And done! =)
