So this is an AIO torrent, there were alot of folders and .rars I wasnt quite getting it so all I did was start part 1 inside TS3AIO folder, create a sims 3 folder then directed it to there, and waited for all 174 parts to unzip there, I think that's pretty much all the dlc's this contains, in case one of them doesn't work I guess that is what the_sims_3_fix.rar folder does since it has the crack for each expansion in case one of them doesn't twerk. Hope this helps someone. Thanks for the torrent ^^

Downloading this to test now.. used a few repacks in the past of all the expansions and they've worked with some tweaking so hopefully this will work :D
