- Similar to the NCAA Basketball Tournament, we seeded 64 horror movies based on ratings and popularity and divided them into decades instead of the regions. Next week we will begin with the 1990’s, which one will be our choice as the best horror movie of the 90’s and earn the chance to be crowned the best horror movie in the last 40 years?
