Looks to be a great book and very thorough. BUT- scanned pages: most crooked and/or warped; darkened and/or warped near one edge of each page making it unreadable on about ¼ or more of page > on all pages!! Really sad it’s such a poor pdf file, would have been wonderful to add to my library.
