I found it on a shady upload site with awful restrictions for non-paying users. It was the only version I could find and I was pretty desperate... There are quite a few sites that claim to have free ebooks. Not sure if they can be trusted. They all don't seem to have a 7th ed of this book, in any case.

I also tried a few of the methods and places described in this reddit post. Most specialised books are really hard to find, mostly because there's not much supply and some don't have official pdf publications, so we rely on scanrips.\n

After careful searching I can conclude there is no official, nor unofficial pdf version of the 7th edition. If you end up buying it in paperback form and you have access to a scanner and a lot of time to kill, please consider expanding the online collection of ebooks.
