The Mouse That Roared aka The Wrath of Grapes.

Leonard Wibberley's famous comic novel of 1955, dramatised for radio by Mark McDonnell and Steven McNicoll and directed by Patrick Rayner. The book was made in a film in 1959 with Peter Sellers playing three roles.

Under the benign rule of Her Grace Gloriana the Twelfth, Grand Fenwick is a tiny European country almost untouched by the twentieth century and happy to remain so. But when its vital wine trade is threatened by an unscrupulous American rival, it's time to call up the twenty men-at-arms that make up the Grand Fenwick army, dust off the longbows, and declare war on the United States.
