I'm very sorry, because I hate to complain, but MKVs just don't work, they are almost impossible to get to play (I've only ever gotten one to work ever! ONE!) and most people can't get them working. Plus they're very large compared to AVIs and really, I have never had any luck with them, this one was no exception. I wish people would stop offering them!
