Description

Atmospheric, big-brother conspiracy thriller. Having developed a new surveillance technology named Echelon that allows them to eavesdrop on phone systems worldwide, the National Security Agency panics when details of the secret technology falls into the hands of gallery worker Francesca Savelli (Maya Sansa). In a desperate attempt to keep Eshelon secret, NSA agent Anthony Ashe (James Parks) is despatched with orders to find out what Savelli knows, and, if necessary, silence her. Help is at hand however, in the shape of fellow agent James Wagley (Michael Parks), who, appalled by his employer's actions, blows his cover in order to save Francesca.
