About as good as you can get for this size, but not great. Audio is a low bitrate aac file merged into mono to save space, and the video runs at about 560kb/s.
But if you're looking to save space and archive a lot of shows, this is the way to go.

Sorry dude but it's really not. You have to make sacrifices when it comes to size, and 96kb/s audio and 560kb/s video is where it's at. 99mb is not easy to achieve with a file this length and resolution.
