Show is hybrid, most of the studio/stage parts are 30fps
while the rest is 24fps. We went with 30fps for all as
ivtcing causes the studio parts to enhance seasickness.
Downside is dupe frames on the 24fps parts, upside is no
jerkiness on the 30fps ones.
Runtimes vary as with many cable shows so we went with 233mb
for all as the source is quite noisy and doesn't compress
that well.
