About the Movie - The Hunters

Carter and Jordyn Flynn (Dan Payne, Michelle Forbes) aren't the average mom and dad. For

them, a typical workday can take place anywhere in the world, raiding ornate museums and

evading pursuing authorities as Hunters, protectors of powerful fairytale artifacts that

are anything but make-believe. While the Flynns’ take their jobs seriously, they're just

as concerned about the welfare of their two sons, 21-year-old Paxton (Robbie Amell) and

16-year-old Tripp (Keenan Tracey), who are unaware of their parents' true line of work.

When Carter and Jordyn disappear after being intercepted by the mysterious Mai (Kira

Clavell) during one of their missions, the boys learn the truth about their parents and

their lineage from the Flynns’ young assistant Dylan (Alexa Vega). They turn to old family

friend Mason (Victor Garber) for help but they soon discover that the deceitful Mason is

after what the Flynns were trying to protect — an enchanted mirror that has the ability to

grant any wish. It’s got quite a history too: It’s the same mirror that played a pivotal

role in the destiny of Snow White. It becomes evident that it’s up to the valiant brothers

and Dylan to save the day before very real fairy tale magic falls into Mason’s less-than-

worthy hands.

Alexa Vega / Dylan Savini

Alexa Vega has been acting since the age of 4 when she landed the role of Burt Reynolds’

daughter in the acclaimed television series "Evening Shade." She became known worldwide in

2001 with her role as Carmen Cortez in "Spy Kids" and was last seen in the most recent

installment, "Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World," alongside Jessica Alba, Jeremy

Piven, and Antonio Banderas. She narrated the Mary Kay documentary series "Mary Kay

Inspiring Stories," which raises awareness and works to eliminate domestic violence and

most recently starred as Gaby Rodriguez in the Lifetime movie "The Pregnancy Project."

Vega also starred in "From Prada to Nada" alongside Camilla Belle and Wilmer Valderrama,

for which she won a 2011 Alma Award as Favorite Film Actress in a Comedy, a 2011 MTV Movie

Award as Favorite Latino Actor, and she also received a 2011 Imagen Award nomination.

"From Prada to Nada" is a Latina spin on Jane Austen's "Sense and Sensibility," in which

forced to move in with their estranged aunt in East Los Angeles.

Man," opposite Alfred Molina, "ER," "Chicago Hope," and as the lead in the Lifetime

feature "Odd Girl Out" and ABC's "Ruby & the Rockits." Vega currently resides in Los

Robbie Amell / Paxton Flynn

Talented and handsome are just a couple of words to describe Robbie Amell, one of the

hottest young actors in Hollywood. Amell will next be seen starring in the CW's sci-fi,

drama series "The Tomorrow People," produced by Julie Plec and Greg Berlanti. "Tomorrow

People" revolves around several young people from around the world who represent the next

stage in human evolution and who work together to defeat the forces of evil. He can also

be seen in an eight-episode arch on MTV's new series "Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous."

Amell recently starred as a regular on the NBC series "1600 Penn." In 2011-2012, he was

cast as the lead character in the Fox pilot "Like Father," created and directed by Bill

Lawrence and also in Marc Cherry's ABC pilot "Hallelujah."

Amell broke out on the scene starring as Jimmy on Nickelodeon's "True Jackson VP" opposite

Keke Palmer. In addition, Amell has also been seen guest-starring on such popular

television shows as "Hot in Cleveland," "Hawaii Five-0," "Pretty Little Liars," "CSI: NY,"

"Brothers and Sisters," "How I Met Your Mother," and had a recurring role on the ABC hit

series "Revenge." He also starred as the lead character of Fred in Cartoon Network's

made-for-TV original movies "Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster" and "Scooby-Doo! The

Mystery Begins."

Amell's motion picture credits include "Struck by Lightning," "Anatomy of the Tide," and

"American Pie Presents: Beta House." He played the leading role of Andy Brazil in the TNT

original TV movie "The Hornet's Nest" and the sexy Drew Patterson in "Picture This"

opposite Ashley Tisdale.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Amell's journey to Tinseltown wasn't like most young actors.

While his mother had secured a commercial and print agent for him at the age of six, Amell

was never consumed with Hollywood and concentrated his efforts into sports. He was one of

the best hockey players in his high school and had thoughts of going pro when everything

changed. Amell was a junior in high school when he was called in for his first-ever movie

audition for a featured role as Eugene Levy and Carmen Electra's son Daniel in the motion

picture "Cheaper By the Dozen 2." He fit the mold of the character so well, that the

writers gave him a line to say, and then another, and then another. His character

eventually turned into a strong supporting role and Amell caught the acting bug.

When he isn't acting, one of Amell’s passions is being a part of One Heartland, a non-

profit charity that helps children with HIV and AIDS. He loves to participate in the

annual summer camps that bring children from all over the world (most from poverty) to the

camps in Malibu and Minnesota to give them an expense-free week of fun and games.

Keenan Tracey / Tripp Flynn

Canadian actor Keenan Tracey's credits include the Disney Channel movie "16 Wishes" and

Nickelodeon's "Rags," a retelling of the Cinderella story with a male in the lead. He has

performed in the Hallmark Channel Original Movie, “Kiss at Pine Lake” and has also had

roles in Syfy’s “Eureka,” Fox’s “Fringe” and A&E's "Bates Motel." An avid musician, Tracey

plays guitar, drums, and the piano. Tracey's father is veteran actor Ian Tracey, who has

more than 120 roles to his credit.
