Benny gets involved in Quincy's murder when he offers to get rid of his body for Candace who can't move it by herself. While he cleans up the crime scene, he tells Candace to find Jeffery to make sure he hasn't gone to the police.

Jeffery and David have both been released from jail while Veronica and the Cryers remain locked up. The DA wants to make a deal with Jeffery: Immunity for a testimony against his parents and the Cryers. Jeffery refuses to testify against his father, but tells the DA he'd gladly testify against Veronica.

On the other side of town, Quincy Jr.'s health has taken a turn for the worse. She tries to get him to the hospital with the little money she has, but before the bus arrives, Quincy Jr. Loses consciousness.
