Warlock finds out that Candace has been holding out on him to the tune of millions of dollars, and he wants his fair share for doing her dirty work. War goes to her house and, after threatening Candace at gunpoint, gives her one week to come up with his money—or else.

Meanwhile, Jeffery winds up in a jail cell near his mother, father and Jim Cryer. There, he learns of more of Veronica's transgressions, including having Wyatt sexually assaulted in prison.

Later, Katheryn's wrath burns bright when District Attorney Jennifer Sallison threatens her with a scandal that would expose her father's sexual offenses.

Finally, when Benny confronts Candace about how she managed to come up with enough money to buy two homes and other lavish items, she withdraws. He forces his way into her house and is shocked to see Quincy's dead body lying in a pool of blood in her living room.
