Vier ster-footballspelers van een middelbare school laten zich inlijven bij de Mariniers om te gaan vechten in Irak. Wanneer één van hen gedood wordt en een ander gewond, keren zij naar huis terug en ontdekken dat het heel moeilijk is om hun oude leventje weer op te pikken.
