Alright, if anyone else non-Russian looks at this torrent, look no further. Go to this torrent and download:

As far as I can tell, there is absolutely no way to get this torrent to go to English. I don't need to understand Russian to install the game, so I went ahead and installed the game with the Russian installer. However, the game has no native ability to switch languages, all languages have to be added manually, which is fine, but it took me a good damn hour to get all the English strings. I had to download every single string, because the only ones that come with the game are Russian, and I had to manually change the UI to English, and the subs as well. However, even after changing the UI and the subs, the text was still glitchy, and at times Russian characters still showed up in the UI and subs. If someone else is seeing something that I'm missing, and there is a magical folder hidden deep within the bowels of this torrent, I will recant. But as of now, my personal opinion is that this torrent be avoided by all English speaking, and frankly all non Russian speaking, peoples. Find a torrent for Skyrim that has all the dlc but comes in English. I'll do some searching here myself and find a torrent that works. Look for my post on a Skyrim torrent within the next day or two - I'll find one that works for you all.
