Release Notes: The video source is from the group ELEKTRI4KA,
direct stream copy ( not re-encoded ).
Audio source is from group OPTiC, which has been un-compressed to
WAVE, eq filtered / mastered in Adobe Soundbooth ( now sounds much
better ) then compressed back to MP3, then multiplexed with video.

I believe this looks and sounds much nicer than OPTiC scene release,
