The Corrs have performed previous released songs with a slight remix into it. Also, this album highlights include two duets with Bono of U2 — performing Ryan Adams' "When the Stars Go Blue", and the Lee Hazlewood/Nancy Sinatra classic "Summer Wine". The Corrs also perform Jimi Hendrix's "Little Wing", featuring a guitar solo by Ronnie Wood who later also performs alongside them for the Rolling Stones song "Ruby Tuesday".  I Corrs, quattro fratelli nati a Dundalk (cittadina irlandese tra Dublino e Belfast), nascono come gruppo nel lontano 1991, durante le audizioni per il famoso film diretto da Alan Parker The Commitments. Mentre Jim, Caroline e Sharon ebbero piccole parti, Andrea (allora quindicenne) si aggiudicò la parte di Sharon Rabbite, sorella del protagonista. Durante le audizioni, i quattro vennero notati da quello che poi sarebbe diventato il loro manager: John Hughes. La loro musica e l'interpretazione lo colpirono a tal punto da portarlo a proporre loro un contratto con l'Atlantic Records. La Band rimase sconosciuta fuori dall'Irlanda fino al 1994, quando fu invitata a Boston per una performance nell'ambito dei mondiali di calcio; grazie a quell'espediente la band divenne supporto di Celine Dion per il suo tour mondiale nel '96. Il '94 fu un anno pieno di successi anche per l'uscita del primo album Forgiven Not Forgotten che spopolò soprattutto in Irlanda, Francia e Australia e divenne poco meno riconosciuto anche in Gran Bretannia e Canada. [Brit Award '99] Nel 1998 dopo una lunga pausa di quattro anni i Corrs ritornano alla ribalta con il loro secondo album Talk On Corners che divenne subito famoso in Irlanda e Gran Bretagna (10 milioni di copie vendute), ma che li fece conoscere per la prima volta a tutto il mondo. Talk On Corners ottenne il disco d'oro negli Stati Uniti (come anche Forgiven not Forgotten).  Il loro primo periodo si chiude con eventi straordinari che rimarranno per sempre nella storia di questa band. Primo tra tutti il Live al Royal Albert Hall tenutosi a San Patrizio, che li esalta a simbolo della loro madre patria nella vicina Inghilterra e successivamente, nel 1999, il live al Lansdowne Road che li vede cantare di fronte una folla di circa 80 mila persone. Per coronare il loro periodo di splendore si deve giungere al 1999 (antecedentemente al Lansdowne Road) quando vengono invitati da Mtv a produrre un Unplugged che riscuoterà un enorme successo soprattutto tra gli amanti del genere acustico  1.
