Only for fans who want to be amused by a little little peek into the lives of the actors who played captain in Star Trek. Hardly any scenes from Star Trek. So for me it was very boring.

Lol, expecting ships and pew-pew. It's a documentary for a reason. There is no such thing as a documentary for fiction characters it's real life people and their actual lives and events. It seems you are more of the J.J. Abrams/Trek movie goer, since you made a sweeping generalization of the term "Star Trek", which actually encompasses the original series up to present.
