The Breeders are an American alternative rock band formed in 1990 by Kim Deal and Tanya Donelly.

The Breeder's album, Last Splash (1993) includes the hit single 'Cannonball'.
Released as a single on August 9, 1993 on 4AD/Elektra Records.
The music video for 'Cannonball' was directed by Kim Gordon and Spike Jonze.
