Brainy coed Moira Weir undertakes an investigation in hopes of finding out why her roommate Nanetta Rector is acting so oddly after her meeting with Professor Corwin, but what she finds is that Hokusai's illustration The Dream of the Fisherman's Wife awakens strange desires in her. Luckily for Moira it turns out that Professor Corwin has something special in a back room at his secret laboratory...
