Tested it in Digital Editions - no problems, so may have been a RAM issue on your side, bro.

You can try using another epub reader - cool reader etc or try another format - mobi in the Kindle for PC app.

And if you really want to open it in Digital Editions, then I suggest increasing your VRAM (Virtual Memory) - that should solve the low memory problem.
