Description
Michelangelo plays with some rejected retro-mutagen samples and contracts a dangerous infection that mutates out of control. They head to the remains of TCRI to find a molecular centrifuge to make an antidote for Michelangelo. Meanwhile, Karai sends Dogpound to find Baxter Stockman so that he can maintain the Foot Bots. When both the Turtles and Dogpound find Baxter Stockman in the remains of TCRI, they fight to claim him. When Michelangelo traces Baxter Stockman to his old lab, an incident with the mutagen at Baxter Stockman's lab causes Dogpound to undergo a second mutation, turning him into a stronger form that Mikey calls "Rahzar".
