I normally just don't reply to all the non-sense comments about why the size for 720p HDTV x265 releases size are getting bigger but this is way overboard. Comparing with RARTV or ETTV releases is just plain wrong as neither are in the same compression method nor the resolution as this hevc re-encode. Bitrate increases will surely increase the file size but there is no logic in comparing x264 and x265 encodes. Right way of comparison will be same resolution hevc encodes with same original source file used to re-encode.
