[Subtitles] It Follows 2014 720p BRRip 900MB MkvCage srt

Couldn't find any subs in sync with the new sources, so I modified the ones I could find. There may still be some errors, and in case you find any problems let me know, and I'll upload it again.

PS: This one is for MKVcage's release, but I think would work for others as well.
