you had closed the program completely while extracting that's why empty folder came...you need to close the errors not program

you need to change the properties of the file you had downloaded.....just right click that file downloaded and go to properties and change it to open with winrar...it show only two errors just close that errors and proceed....file is not corrupted brother....it has jar files which is use for running the programs that's why that error is coming...open with winrar it will open...

use winrar software...if error comes then just ignore error....nothing will be lost
