Storyline:

Rock and Roll singer is taken captive by a motorcycle gang in a strange world that seems to be a cross of the 1950's and the present or future. Her ex-boyfriend returns to town and to find her missing and goes to her rescue.

Stylowa, futurystyczna opowieść w rytmie fascynującej muzyki rockowej. Gwiazda rocka Ellen Aim (Diane Lane) zostaje uprowadzona siłą przez bezwzględny gang motocyklowy zwany Bombersami. Agent artystki oferuje jej byłemu chłopakowi, Tomowi Cody'emu (Michael Pare) 10.000 dolarów za znalezienie i uratowanie piosenkarki. Cody działając wspólnie z McCoy'em (Amy Madigan) - twardą kobietą, byłym żołnierzem, atakuje twierdzę Bombersów, uwalnia Ellen z rąk motocyklistów i niszczy ich obóz. Jest więc tu wszystko czego oczekują miłośnicy "ulicznego" kina. Stara miłość, która nigdy nie rdzewieje, sprawiedliwy (oczywiście super wyszkolony) były najemnik, stający do rozprawy ze złem i cyniczny szef gangu. Koniec nietrudny do przewidzenia, ale jest na co popatrzeć. Rzecz ciekawa, że grający głównego bohatera Michael Pare mimo występów w dziesiątkach filmów telewizyjnych i wideo nigdy jakoś nie przebił się do wyższej ligi. Tymczasem grający u jego boku w tym obrazie Willem Dafoe i Bill Paxton osiągnęli znacznie więcej niż on.
