In Stratosphere you own a fortress flying on a bit of rock. Via an editor, you can add different enhancements to it, like new engines, rudders or cannons. In 40 missions you have to battle other fortresses and fullfill various mission objectives.

I tested it on my own XP and it ran fine. Extract and run. ;)
Might need to run it in Compatibility mode, but hey, if you download old games like this you should know how to run them. Right? ;)
