Stephen Colbert - America Again Re-becoming the Greatness We Never Weren't epub/mobi/pdf (Size: 92.97 MB)
Description
The original format for this is the PDF file. I converted the file to epub and mobi as best I was able. It was a picture intensive PDF so while not perfect it does work in Calibre and on my reader. I can only try the epub and PDF on my reader so I am assuming that since it works on Calibre all is well. Enjoy.
litecoin: LiSRY1WCKXGDgTLDzAufdU11Dx5npADZMJ Book store nation, in the history of mankind there has never been a greater country than America. You could say we're the #1 nation at being the best at greatness. But as perfect as America is in every single way, America is broken! And we can't exchange it because we're 236 years past the 30-day return window. Look around--we don't make anything anymore, we've mortgaged our future to China, and the Apologist-in-Chief goes on world tours just to bow before foreign leaders. Worse, the L.A. Four Seasons Hotel doesn't even have a dedicated phone button for the Spa. You have to dial an extension! Where did we lose our way?! It's high time we restored America to the greatness it never lost! Luckily, AMERICA AGAIN will single-bookedly pull this country back from the brink. It features everything from chapters, to page numbers, to fonts. Covering subject's ranging from healthcare ("I shudder to think where we'd be without the wide variety of prescription drugs to treat our maladies, such as think-shuddering") to the economy ("Life is giving us lemons, and we're shipping them to the Chinese to make our lemon-flavored lemonade") to food ("Feel free to deep fry this book-it's a rich source of fiber"), Stephen gives America the dose of truth it needs to get back on track. Amazon.com Review Amazon Best Books of the Month, October 2012: Elections aren’t really a laughing matter--not usually. But America Again seeks to change that. Following up on 2007’s best-selling I Am America (And So Can You!), the writing team behind The Colbert Report delivers an election-time parody that employs the cocksure, egotistical voice of “Stephen Colbert” to inform readers about how our country is “Americeptional” in a wide range of subjects: like healthcare, Wall Street, energy, and, of course, elections. Depending on your political bent, you'll rank this book anywhere from amusing to downright hilarious. There are jokes galore. And it even comes with 3-D glasses. --Chris Schluep About the Author Stephen Colbert was The Daily Show's longest-running and most diverse correspondent. His personality, insight and overall rightness could only lead to The Colbert Report, a half-hour nightly platform for him to give his take on the issues of the day, and, more importantly, to tell you why everyone else's take is just plain wrong. The show has been hugely successful. Related Torrents
