in October 2014 in a joint effort by earMUSIC and the BBC, captures the band’s first ever live acoustic
performance at the glorious Roundhouse in London. This sensational recording features the new pared-back
side of Quo, as revealed on the hit 2014 album ‘Aquostic! (Stripped Bare)’. This album soared to number
5 in the charts, giving the band their highest placing for 18 years, and has now been certified Gold.
It was in fact the best-selling independent label album of 2014!

Status Quo – brytyjski zespół rockowy założony przez Alana Lancastera i Francisa Rossiego w roku 1962 jako
"The Spectres".
Spośród bardzo nielicznych grup powstałych w latach 60. i istniejących do dziś, Status Quo wciąż cieszy się
dużą popularnością, szczególnie w Wielkiej Brytanii, gdzie uważany jest niemal za instytucję narodową. Na
brytyjskiej scenie muzycznej zespół jest jednym z najstarszych i najaktywniejszych, równocześnie utrzymując
popularność w pozostałych częściach świata.

W ciągu trwającej ponad 50 lat kariery zespół dorobił się obszernej dyskografii, w znacznej mierze zawdzięczając
swą sławę stosunkowo prostej technice gry na gitarach elektrycznych, połączeniu hard rocka i boogie oraz
energicznym występom na żywo.
