confirmed working with FLT release + fltdox 1.0.0.1., saves loaded fine. note you will have to reset your options (gfx, key bindings etc, also some settings are still not applied so editing the config file may be necessary). thanx loxor.
cumulative patch notes can be found here... seems they've released another, changelog looks quite promising; memory leaks, CTDs and clean-up of lost mission items... be nice to get the freeloaders out of the cargohold, though whether they actually fixed the problem causing it depends on your reading of the changelog. have to wait and see i guess.

I have had a crash or two while playing, so if you have any issues, stick around with more updates coming. =]

the game has had a few glitches as black screen or memory dumps and crashing with t jumps and worm holes but I was really pissed that I could not progress beyond the transport troops to the Damocles for the Decipher Protocls game would continue to run but I was locked out of the keyboard and mouse controls.
This update fixed the issue so it is back to sailing the universe.

My first post on this site and a big thank you for this upload. Now I will start downloading this game
