It opens with an ensemble of global musicians, Playing for Change, singing the Beatles' "All you need is love." U2 combines Prokofiev with holiday sentiments in "I believe in Father Christmas." It's a subtle,bittersweet song that actually works. Bono sings with sincerity. The Dave Matthews Band's acoustic version of their song "You and Me" is more of a thoughtful lullaby than the whiny version heard on Top 40 radio.
