I held off uploading more versions off the game as it is really just a waste of bandwidth for people, having to re-download a game that doesn't work for them.
Other Uploaders are putting up the newer version if you want to try your luck with a newer version.

I have never had an installer error for any of the games i have uploaded?
Apologies that your having dramas with the installers btw to.
Could it be safe to just take the save file from the last version and apply it to this one ? if so should i also copy the universe data ?

Try copying the Player and Universe folder straight into the newer versions folder.
