Unfortunately it is poorly done overall, especially given its size. Detected resolution is 720x322, a resolution level common among dvd rips of televisions shows packaged as seasons in avi format. At this resolution, you'd expect a file size well under a gigabyte.
The file does have multi-channel audio tho, with a very respectable 384 kb/s bitrate. If you have a surround sound system, and a display smaller than 30 inches, you'll probably not notice the trouble with the picture, and the sound should be impressive. If you are going to watch this on a small screen with stereo (2-channel) audio, you'd be better served to find a more compact copy.
Also the file has embedded Romanian subtitles (not hardcoded) so that ought to be a plus for the Romanian speaking Star Wars fans.
Overall this get a thumbs down from me, just because of the video resolution. Romanian speakers, you can find Romanian subtitles on any number of subtitle websites and watch a higher quality file. Still, many thanks to the uploader.
