NO, you are incorrect in your assumption of the community's desire for for quality. The reason you probably could not download anything is because it's a bloody private torrent. But as always I am pleases to see that at least somebody has verified the torrent, as what I am not sure. The site also indicates seeders and peers however, I am unable to find them.
