It is 1080p but the black bars are cropped off as they are un-necessary. If the black bars were uncropped it would be 1920 x 1080. Always determine a 1080p by the width and not the height. If it's 1920 width then it should be 1080p. Get your facts straight before accusing people of mistakes.
