[Staircase] must need a special codec pack for the way they encode their releases because this episode seems glitchy like the last one. I'm using VLC and at certain points, it skips ahead while cutting out the audio. It doesn't happen too often but trying to get the audio back is somewhat of a pain.

The audio, subtitles, and quality of the visuals are otherwise fine. If you'd like to see the majority of the episode without trouble or you have the proper codec packs (to which I don't know what you'd need) to watch the entire thing, I'd recommend this version.
