Following the torpedoing of allied supply ships in the northern & eastern waters of Australia, Adolf & Owen

Davies (John Meillon b.1934 - d.1989) a demolitions expert, are instructed to look for & destroy the Japanese

submarine Colonel Cato believes is hiding in the Papuan Gulf area.

They must find the submarines' base within 3 days as a new supply mission is due to leave Townsville with 30,000 tons

of aviation fuel aboard one of the vessels.
