Thanks for the up! It works and this repack does have English language. There are two .exe in the game folder after installing this repack. One is "SouthParkTheStickofTruthEN" and the other is "SouthParkTheStickofTruthRU". Just launch the first one w/ EN and it'll be in English. No need to modify anything.
