Originally, Warner Brothers planned on releasing these full commentary tracks with the First Season DVD in
2002, but after hearing some of the content and demanding censorship, (creators) Trey Parker and Matt Stone
opted instead to release the tracks in their entirety on their own 5-Disc CD Set.

I used to have these a long time ago but lost them all apparently. When I tried to download them again,
none of the available torrents had any seeds. So, I ended up buying the set for like $5 on Amazon and
re-ripped them myself.

Note: To use these properly, you have to wait until after the episode's Theme Song to start the commentary track.
