SoundBlaster through AWE drivers from TheMan 4.1

Revision 4.1 is now complete. This is TRUELY the FINAL release of the compilation! I consider this a "masterpiece". Hope you all enjoy it!

What has changed:
•WAVEBLST.ZIP renamed to WB_R2.ZIP

•WAVEBLST directory updated to have revision 3 drivers
•True SB16 MCD disks added. The MCD*.IMZ files in all earlier releases have now been renamed to SCSI94*.IMZ.
•Vibra 16 version 1.01 disks added.
•Vibra 16S disks added.
•Blaster CD-RW 4224 version 1.36 firmware removed to make 500KB space in order to make the ISO overburnable onto a 700MB CD-R. IMO nobody will miss this because version 1.44 firmware is still in the ISO. No point using an outdated/buggy firmware.
•Several SF2s zipped to make 2MB more space
ISO is 722MB, the maximum possible for a 700MB Taiyo Yuden CD-R. It may work with other CD-R media, but it is up to you to determine compatibility. Always use simulation mode first before trying on other media. If it errors, then you know it won't work!

Ok, I'm done.

I loaded 766MB of crap onto the CD, but the actual burn is 712MB. It will overburn just fine on good quality media. I use JVC/Taiyo Yuden, which has 722MB capacity.

I will coordinate with Malik to get this out.

This will be final release. There isn't anything else to find really. I looked under every rock and found all I could. Unless somebody gives me the CT1750/CT2230 (SB16 MCD) disks, there won't be a "4.1" release. I have spent 10 years on this project (not continuously of course) and I think it is time to give it a rest. The first public release was revision 3, so you won't find anything older than that. Don't ask. There's no reason for the older crap. This revision 4 supersedes all the older ones and has everything that the old ones had.

All bundlewares that came on floppies are included and all can be directly installed off CD without needing to make a floppy. The CD based bundlewares are too big and won't fit.

Everything except for many of the floppy images have been tested, tested, and tested. Everything triple checked again and again to make sure they work. I fixed various issues that were in revision 3, so if you burned that disc, it can go in the trash! I also hacked the autorun menu so that you can choose most of the apps to install. There was only room for 10 entries (program doesn't allow 11+), so obviously some choices were left out.
