it was reverted back to before this patch on steam because there is a game breaking bug where there is a door wont open that is supposed to open so reinstall the game and don't use this patch
I went crazy more than usual :P for 45 minutes trying to figure out why the freakin door would not open arhh save your sanity while there is still a chance :P
