Software now have sub-categories, e.g. computer, console and phone operating systems
Reputation is now split between business reputation and market recognition. Market recognition is affected by fan count and split between software categories to force company specialization
You can now have multiple teams per project and per room
Software pre-marketing is now completely separate from normal marketing and will hype projects affecting sales for other similar products before release
The market simulation has been completely rebalanced
Computer add-ons which boost employees depending on what they're working on
Two mini games during design and alpha phase to speed up early gameplay
