This film doesn't seem to be in 1920 X 1080 going by the sample file, please confirm.

The properties in MediaInfo show the above resolution, but it should play full screen on our big TV, previous 1920x1080's have, the sample file looks around 1920x800 or 1920x816 resolution while playing.

that would likely be because the movie itself is being presented in the original theatrical widescreen which is not 16:9. the 1920 X 1080 include the black bars needed to maintain the proper aspect ratio, you see this on several moves from Diseny, Wall E for example.
1920 X 1080 is still a TV resolution, Where Movie Screens are NOT this size, they are longer and not as high and do not fit the 16:9 widescreen format.
