try this -
1.After Complete download Of Torrent,Disable your Antivirus.
2.Don't start Installer, Run "2xDVD5.bat" file first,,,,this will divide your whole game in two parts ..(i.e. DVD1 And DVD2 Folder)
3.Now Run "Setup.exe" from DVD1 Folder.(Run as Administor)
4.Keep following instruction of setup...like choose your destination,Language,Shortcuts etc.
5.Start Installation....after some % later it will ask you for DVD 2....
6.Browse And lead it to the file Name "game-3.bin" ,,,it will continue installation..
7.This time you will not gonna face That unarc.dll error.
8.after complete installation,,run game from Launcher.exe.
9.Most Important step ----> ENJOY!

however,in my case,even if i choose english lang...still game installs in russian.
