The gift of every human being is to truly express the soul through the intelligence of the mind and body. Often times however we are burdened with so many expectations and desires of what we should be that we cannot truly express who we are. If you take a 60 second period and just watch your mind you will observe a cycle of experience that is identical to a longer cycle of experience over a day, a month, a year, a lifetime. It doesn?t matter how long you observe your mind; it is what it is. We cycle through receiving information, processing it, and then projecting out our reality through the medium of sound, thought, or feeling.
