Simcity 2013 mods - ProcsKalone Packagev098m for 7.00

A modding package for for version 7 of SimCity (2013) with auto-installer.
It makes life easier on people who find city spaces too small and want to build outside of the city.
This mod was also named "BOC - Build Outside Citybox [7.0 Ready]"

Note:
If your game goes out of sync with the servers, and you need a rollback, or you become unable to load a game:
Do the following:
1. If you do hit a rollback, in "Origin GamesSimCitySimCityUserdataEcoGame" delete your folder named "s1xxxxxxx" and let the client re-download a fresh copy.
2. Or: Delete your scripts package in "Origin GamesSimCitySimCityUserdataEcoGame", and let the client re-download a fresh copy.
